Very good location! Couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Hotel snacks are quite pricey and the bistro staff could be a tad bit friendlier. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly.

Visited as part of a business trip. The rooms are comfortable but show notable wear and tear. The bathroom ceiling paint was peeling, and the shower head had noticeable organic growth. However, the room was quiet and temperature control was good. The lobby staff was helpful, and the valet guys were super friendly, quickly bringing my car or taking it away.

The hotel was clean and quiet despite being in a busy area of Chicago. I was greeted right away by the valet staff-they were super friendly! When I checked in, the attendant was apologetic because I had to wait for 1 person to check in which was not a big deal, but I appreciated her concern. The room was clean and I felt comfortable with it. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! I would recommend staying here.

Stayed here for the Pearl Jam concert at the United center. The service was great. All of the staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. The location was great for the United Center. We used the shuttle to get to the concert and that was very convenient. We ended up walking home after the concert just because we felt like it and felt very comfortable doing so. The rooms felt newly renovated and were very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were nice. They provided a shuttle to the united center for a concert. I was surprised how quiet it was in the hotel room, considering there was a concert that night and tons of people around. The valets were super cool/nice. Would stay again.

It was close to the train. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the CVS and the stadium. The hallways were eerily dark, but the rooms were clean, refreshing, and contemporary. I loved the front desk staff, and they went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I also loved the workout room. It was clean, and the water bottle station was a godsend. 10/10 would definitely recommend and stay there again. Laundry is $1.50/ea for 30 minute wash & dry... located on 3rd floor. The hotel has an ice machine and microwave on each floor and a mini fridge in the room.

No longer a Marriott-run Courtyard location, the beds were plush and the shower was spacious and hot and the water pressure was superb. Other guests seemed to have an issue with their key cards not activating the lift properly, but I was fortunate enough to avoid this. The lobby has plenty of windows and natural light but the hallways were dark with no windows and only a few inset lights over doors. That was slightly jarring when I check in at 4 in the afternoon

Via Google Maps, was a little challenging to access the entrance during heavy traffic. Parking is sparse in this area, so mandatory valet at $40/night, not my first choice. The valet, Rommel, was helpful and a great upbeat personality while working hard. He made sure we knew a shuttle was available for our nearby concert that evening. The front desk and lobby were plain and simple, but functional. The room was in good condition and everything was clean, except the HVAC intake vent on the wall was very dusty and dirty. The order-at-the-counter bistro had a simple menu with a few tasty options and a full bar. The only other food available were vending machines and some shelves of microwave foods. For a Marriott, was surprised at the basic food options.
